How long does it take to build my website?
Most Starter websites launch in about 2 weeks from the day I have your content (logo, photos, services). Growth websites usually take 2–3 weeks. Your free mockup arrives within 48 hours of your request.
What do you need from me?
Not much. Your logo (if you have one), a list of your services and the areas you cover, some photos of your work, and your contact details. If you don't have good photos or written copy, I'll help. I can write the text for you based on a short call.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own your domain name and your website content. The domain is registered in your name, and if you ever want to leave, I'll help you move everything.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Absolutely. Most of my work is replacing old or underperforming sites. I'll look at what you have, keep what works, and rebuild the rest so it loads fast, looks great on phones, and makes it easy for customers to call you. I'll also help keep your Google rankings safe during the switch.
How does payment work?
50% upfront to get started, and the remaining 50% before your site goes live. The Care Plan is billed monthly. I'll send simple online invoices you can pay by card.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price we agree on is the price you pay. The only other cost is your domain name (usually about $10–20 per year), which you pay for directly so it stays in your name. If you want extra pages or features later, I'll quote them upfront.
Do I have to get the Care Plan?
It's not required, but it's recommended. Without it, you'll need to arrange your own hosting, updates, and backups. With it, I handle all of that plus your small edits, so your site stays fast, secure, and up to date.
What does the Care Plan cover?
Hosting, security updates and monitoring, regular backups, unlimited small edits (like updating prices, adding photos, changing hours, or adding a new review), and a monthly check-in. Bigger projects like a new page section or redesign are quoted separately.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
My focus is small home-service businesses in the United States, and my hours match US Eastern Time. If you're in Canada or elsewhere and think we'd be a good fit, send me a message and I'll let you know.
You're based in the Caribbean. Will that be a problem?
Not at all. I work during US Eastern business hours, so I'm available when you are. Everything happens over phone, video call, email, or text, and most clients never need anything more.
